Profit.co allows the employees to align their OKRs with Corporate, Department, and Team OKRs.
Why this feature?
OKR Alignment feature helps to visualize each and every employee’s contribution towards the organization’s goals which in turn helps to manage the dependencies in an efficient way.
- Objectives and Key Results have the same alignments steps.
- Bottom-up aligned under an objective will be reflected as key result.
- Bottom-up aligned under a key result will be reflected as sub-key result.
