How can the user view all the associated tasks under the key result?

Profit.co allows you to view all the associated tasks under the Key results in the OKRs list page.

Why this feature?

• This feature fosters accountability by providing clear visibility of tasks assigned to different employees under specific key results for better follow-up.
• Viewing all associated tasks under key results allows users to monitor progress efficiently, ensuring alignment with OKR objectives.

Note: Only Super users can access Settings.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → Tasks from the left navigation panel.

Switch to the General tab, and under the Tasks Visibility option, enable the “Key Result owner can see all associated tasks” toggle.

Step 2

You can associate tasks under a key result in two ways:

• Associate a task under a key result on the OKRs list page.
• Associate a key result on the tasks page.

Associate a task under a key result on the OKRs list page:

For instance, consider Matthew Perry as the owner of the key result. Consider he is creating a task and assigning it to Andrea Cantillo. 

Associate a key result on the tasks page:

Similarly, Consider Matthew Perry creates a task in the tasks module, assigns it to Susan Bunch, and associates it with the same key result. 

As the “Key Result owner can see all associated tasks” toggle is enabled, Matthew Perry, the owner of the key result will be able to see the associated tasks.
