Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
OKRs:
- Control KPI based KR – You can now choose from two more progress calculations for Control KPI key results. The first option is to track the average of all check-ins divided by the average of targets. Second, you can track the sum of all check-ins divided by the sum of all targets. Show progress in the Control KPI based Key Results even though you haven’t reached the complete value.
- Customize OKR Creation Form – Add additional custom sections to the OKR Step-by-Step and Using Form option to deliver additional information while creating Objectives and Key Results.
- View pending check-ins for your organization – View all pending check-ins for each employee so you can keep track of their progress towards their key results.
- Modify latest check-in value– Users can now modify their latest check-in value and adjust added comments in case of error.
- Modify planned check-in value – You can now modify the planned check-in values through the check-in tab. This option allows users to plan out progress at their own pace and modify it as needed.
- Add tags to Objective – Add tags when you create objectives in Profit.co, just like you do for your key results to easily categorize OKRs.
Performance Management:
- Auto-approve peers from HR dashboard – Now HR, in addition to managers, can approve peers nominated for employee reviews from the HR dashboard to help performance reviews flow more smoothly.
- Create approval flow for goals – Create a flow to approve the goals that are created/edited/deleted by the employees so you can better monitor planned work and priorities.
- Customize 9 box matrices -Super Users can now create, edit, and enable various 9-Box matrices to plot the organization’s talent. Customize 9 box headings, descriptions, and additionally change the title or value of the X and Y axis so you can tailor review data and presentation in the way that is most valuable for your company.
- Roll back and reopen assessments – HR Managers can reopen the assessment of peers from the HR dashboard and can roll back the reopened assessment in performance reviews.
- Restrict peers for reviews – Designate the minimum and maximum number of peers an employee can nominate for their performance review evaluation so that HR can receive the amount of information and insight they want to see.
- Restrict the number of peer assessments – Designate a limit to the number of peer assessments an employee can perform for others in order to diversify feedback and ensure no employee is overwhelmed with requests.
- Goal Progress Dashboard – You can now access goals progress in an exclusive dashboard. Profit.co provides an option to see all the employee’s goals in a single dashboard. Manager’s can see and provide the employee rating for each Goals from My Directs / My Orgs.
- Export Reviews in Pdf format – You can now export the self assessment, compiled peer feedback for each employee, the list of peers who reviewed each employee, manager and secondary manager reviews that you circulate during performance assessment via PDF format in Profit.co.
Task Management:
- Hide your completed tasks: Users can now hide the “Complete” status section from their task boards to declutter their screen and maintain focus on what matters most.
- Custom Attributes for Tasks: You can set/update custom attributes for tasks with the ‘Manage layout’ feature to give additional information about the task created or progressed.
- Associate tasks under key results – The owner of the key result can now view all the tasks that are associated with their KR even though the task is assigned to some other user.
- Schedule recurring tasks in advance: Users can now designate any task as recurring on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Select the day of the week, length of the repeat, and set up the trigger action to renew recurring tasks.

- Accessing integration apps – Now the European countries too can enjoy hassle-free integration of user accounts with Chrome extension, Slack, Jira and Microsoft teams which is already available to the rest of the world.
