Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
General:
- Customize corporate logo: you can now customize the corporate level logo/icon that represents your company through ‘Business Settings’.
OKRs:
- Individual OKR Rank: Users can now enable rankings for individual Objectives and Key Results according to OKR progress.
- @ mentions for a group of users: You can now use keywords to mention specific groups of users while completing check-ins on a key result. Simply type ‘@’ and the keyword to notify the associated users.
- Create a custom department progress filter: Create a new filter to filter your view of the Department OKRs progress page according to the information you would like to see.
Strategy:
- Strategy Roadmap: The strategic roadmap helps organizations initiate and manage projects and demonstrate how effectively they align with the strategy of the company.
- Roadmap dashboard: The strategy roadmap dashboard helps users to view the progress of initiatives over a period of time. Also, the users can create their own customized theme and sub-themes to look at their initiatives in each row.
PMS:
- Incentive workbench: This feature allows HR to calculate the monetary incentive amount that they have available for each sector of the business, and calculate how that incentive amount will be distributed to employees based on individual and department performance scores.
- Select multiple goals to approve or reject: The SuperUsers or the Managers can approve or reject multiple Goals at once instead of approving/rejecting goals one by one.
- Set proficiency levels: You can now set proficiency levels and assign them to different competencies within grades assigned to each hierarchy level in the organization. This can encourage better performance from employees. The proficiency level will be visible as the user and manager complete a performance assessment.
- Bell Curve: The bell curve feature helps the HR team visualize employee performance compared with the targeted distribution of performance. The team can detect any outliers in the performance review and gain a better understanding of employee performance.
Task Management:
- Task filters: Users can filter and view the Tasks that are assigned to them and others through the Assignee filter option on the Task page.
- Visibility for boards and workspace: Users can now set visibility for individual boards that are created under Workspace, in addition to setting Workspace visibility.
Integrations:
- OKRs for Asana: You can now integrate your Profit.co account with Asana and help the team organize responsibilities, manage assignment, and complete work effectively in coordination with their OKRs.
