Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
OKRs:
- Export Reflection Dashboard Report: Users can now export the Reflection Dashboard report using the Export option in the right corner of the Reflection Dashboard page.
- Differentiate between direct check-in values and check-in values synced from sub-KRs in the check-in history of key results: Users can now distinguish between direct check-in values and synced check-in values from sub-KR by enabling the Show latest Check-in Comments toggle via Settings.
- Set the Default key result type before creating a key result: Users can now set the default key result type without manually setting it for every key result they create.
- Customize Objective and Key Result Indicator: Users can customize the Objective and Key Results indicators based on the progression of the Key result as a status color along with the object icon.
- Navigate to Linked Initiative from the OKR view Page. On the Overview page of an Objective, the Initiative details that are associated with this objective will be displayed with a link. Users who have access can view and edit through this link from the same overview page.
Task Management:
- Copy Task Name and Task Link – Copy the task name and link to the clipboard easily.
Performance Management:
- Customize Review Summary box: Users can now customize their Review Summary Box that reflects the employee’s performance evaluation scores and ratings.
- Competency Group in Performance Review: This feature allows users to evaluate competencies as a group in performance assessments.
- Override weights at the review level: This feature allows users to override the weights distributed for Goals and OKRs at the performance review level.
Employee Engagement:
- Export Option in Pulse Survey – Generate a report from the Pulse Survey dashboard.
UI Enhancements:
- OKR Review panel: Users can view all their reviews from the OKR Review panel.
- Add comments to OKR Review: Users can access their past reviews from the OKR Review panel to add comments.
- My Org OKR Review: Users can select and view their review summary information from the OKR Review panel.
- Conduct PPP Review: Users can view their reviews directly from the OKR Review panel.
- Add Reviewers to PPP OKR Review : Users can instantly create reviews from the OKR Review panel and add Reviewers.
- Modify Planned Check-in Value : Users can now decrease the decimal places to round off the value.
- Performance Ranking : Users now have a Rating Cut-off option in Performance Ranking.
- Restrict Visibility for Key Results : Users can now Restrict Visibility for their Key Results from the Overview tab of the Key Result page.
- Decimal value support in ratings : Users can now define Ratings with Decimal values in Profit.co
- Strategic Roadmap – When more Initiatives are associated with the same sub-themes present in the Roadmap, we can Expand/Collapse the sub-themes themselves, allowing the users to view all the sub-theme details on the screen by collapsing all the associated Initiatives in it.
- Private Notes – Users can create/ edit the notes as confidential for the specific users while adding them in Objectives and Key Results.
- Identify completed Status – Users can now identify the completed tasks with the green tick mark on the My tasks page.
- Navigate to Parent Task – From the sub-task edit page, you can navigate back to the parent task page.
