OKRs:
- Search All Department OKRs: In All Department OKRs search the departments using the search bar.
- Restrict Past Quarter Check-in: Stop check-ins for the key results, which are present in the past quarters.
- Re-order Sub Key Results: Prioritize the assigned Key Results and the Sub Key Results well in the assigned card.
- Cap Progress Percentage: Users can now cap the progress of their key result types at a customized percentage.
Task Management:
- Task Log: Track the previous process and changes we have done on the assigned Tasks.
- Associate task with Sub-Key Results: Track the progress of selected tasks from the workspace via the sub-key results.
Performance Management:
- Formulas for Custom 9-Box Matrix: Use simple mathematical formulas to have a customized 9-Box Matrix.
- Matrix Manager Assessment: Matrix Managers can review individuals’ performance in the organization.
- Approver for Goals: Users can set their own Approver instead of getting the approvals from the Manager or the other approvers.
- Mandatory Comments for Specific Ratings: Set mandatory comments for the specific ratings when the user performs the assessment in Performance Reviews.
- Restrict Creating Goals : Set restrictions for the users who create Goals on a specific time period.
Strategy:
Custom Attributes for Strategy Module : Set additional custom attributes for all categories in the Strategy module.
UI Enhancements:
- Customize Objective and Key Result Indicator: Users can customize the appearance of the Objective and Key Results indicator on the OKR List page.
- Key Result Progress Presentation-Hierarchical view: Users can download Key Result Progress as a presentation based on the list of specified OKRs in Hierarchical order.
- OKR Canvas View: Users can now drag and drop the Key Result and Sub Key Result with the same Objective or with another Objective.
- HR Business Partners Employee Dashboard: HR Business Partners can now view all the employees assigned to them from a single employee dashboard.
- Create Additional Filters to Performance Trend Report: Users can create new additional filters for the review and employee attributes in the Performance Trend Report.
- Override weights at the review level: Users can override weights in performance reviews for their Goals and OKRs. Consequently restricting employees’ from submitting their self-assessment if the weight distribution to sum total of 100% or 1.
- Delete check-in comments: Users can now delete check-in comments for their Key Results.
- Configure Rating Slider Scale: Users can now configure the rating slide scale with calculated values for Performance Reviews
- Customize Rating Slide Type: Users can customize the rating scale slider appearance for Performance Reviews via Settings.
- Group Comment at Peer Level: Peers can now provide Group Level Comments based on the group competency assessment for the employees.
- Reset the completed OKRs: Users now have the flexibility to reset the completed OKRs.
- Extended Milestone Sequence Target: While creating a milestone sequence for a Milestone Tracked Key result we can set the target to more than 100%.
- OKR Alignment: Users can view the Alignment of non contributing OKRs from the Alignment dashboard. This displays their non-contributing objective and the corresponding key results underneath it.
- Assign Task Boards to Meetings: Users now have the opportunity to open and view their tasks under Meetings for their corresponding task’s assignee.
- Assignee Pop-up Improvements: Change the assignee and the assignment approach from the pop-up menu.
- Task Dashboard: Get the count of Tasks in which status they are present.
- Departmental OKRs: Use the Search bar to search all department OKRs.
- Filter Task Assignee: To assign any Tasks to your associates you can switch over to My Org where you can view the list of employees who report to you.
- Copy Workspace/Boards along with Tasks: Some fields will be selected by default while copying Workspace/Boards along with tasks.
- OKR Progress: OKR Rankings will be shown in the OKR Progress Report and also in the downloaded report.
- Strategy Road Map: The sub-theme having more Initiatives associated with the same or different quarter will be differentiated with various colors in the Gantt chart.
