Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:

Plan (OKRs, BSC, and Strategy Roadmaps)

  • Override Auto Status Propagation with an Alert Message: In the Check-in page, users will now see an alert message or a highlighted notification when an auto-status propagation occurs. This ensures that users are informed about the automatic status update and provides them with the option to override it manually.
  • New View Option: Score Added to Department Check-in Discipline Chart: Previously, the Department Check-in Discipline chart in the Cockpit had two view options: Percentage and Count. Now, a third view option, Score, has been added. This allows users to analyze check-in discipline based on score points, providing a more structured evaluation. Additionally, when exporting this data, a new column will reflect the Score value.
  • Visibility Option for ‘OKR Ranking’: Previously, there were no visibility options available for OKR Ranking. Now, we have introduced a visibility setting that allows you to choose between the following options:
    • Show OKR rank to all users – This option makes OKR rankings visible to everyone in the organization.
    • Show OKR rank only to the user and their manager – This option ensures that OKR rankings remain private, visible only to the individual and their manager.

This enhancement provides organizations with greater flexibility in managing OKR ranking visibility based on their needs.

Process (Tasks, PPM, Timesheets, Notes, Meetings)

  • Reintroduction of Logs – News Feed Section for Tasks: The Logs feature has been reintroduced in the Task Board Panel based on user requests. This enhancement allows users to track the progress of tasks, monitor changes in fields, and view historical data, ensuring better visibility and transparency.
  • Recurring Task Filter Option: A new “Recurring” filter has been added to the task filter, allowing users to easily identify and manage recurring tasks. This filter includes two conditions:
    • “Is Empty” – Displays tasks that are not recurring.
    • “Is Not Empty” – Displays tasks that are recurring.

This enhancement simplifies task filtering, making it easier to differentiate between one-time and recurring tasks.

  • Support for Range Operator in Due Date Filter: The Due Date filter in Tasks now supports the Range Operator, allowing users to filter tasks based on a specific date range. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in tracking tasks within a defined timeframe, making it easier to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Displaying Total Projects and Portfolios Count for Quick Overview: Earlier, users had to navigate through multiple sections to get an overview of their projects and portfolios. To simplify this, we have introduced a count display for Requests, Tasks, Milestones, and Projects, allowing users to quickly view the total numbers at a glance without additional clicks.

People (PMS, Goals, Development Plans, Recognition, Survey)

  • Enhanced Control Over OKR Evaluations in Performance Reviews: Users can now configure which OKR levels (Corporate, Department, or Individual) should be included in performance reviews. Previously, all OKRs—including Corporate KRs assigned to individuals—were included in evaluations, which sometimes led to misalignment. With this enhancement, users can exclude Corporate KRs when assessing individual performance, ensuring more relevant and accurate reviews.
  • Streamlined Survey Responses with Drill-Down View: To simplify survey tracking, we have made two key improvements:
    • The ‘Responses’ tab has been removed to declutter the interface.
    • The ‘Dashboard’ tab has been renamed to ‘Submissions.’

Under the Submissions tab, a new ‘Submitted’ section allows admins to directly view the responses of employees who have completed the survey—eliminating the need to check each name manually.

  • Parallel assessment for Secondary manager: Secondary Managers can now submit assessments in parallel with other reviews. This update removes dependency constraints, allowing faster review completion by starting immediately after the Self-Assessment.

Enhancement

  • Improved Visibility Control for PMS Admins: The “Access List” dropdown has now been renamed to “Visibility” for better clarity and usability. Additionally, the visibility access settings have been updated to include:
    • All PMS Admins – Grants access to all PMS administrators.
    • Specific PMS Admins – Restricts visibility to selected PMS administrators.

These changes enhance control over who can view and manage specific performance management settings, improving security and customization.

  • Renaming of ‘Standard Review’ to ‘Historic Performance Review’ for Clarity: The ‘Standard Review’ section on the Employee 360 page has been renamed to ‘Historic Performance Review’. This update clarifies that the review reflects past performance, making it more intuitive and easier for users to understand.
  • Enhanced Table View for IDP, PIP, SDP, and Performance Reviews in Employee 360: The Development Plan View has been upgraded to a Table View format, now accessible under the Employee 360 page for IDP, PIP, SDP, and Performance Reviews. This enhancement improves navigation and makes it easier to analyze performance-related data, providing a more structured and efficient way to review employee development plans.
  • Fixed Tabs in the Project Overview for Better Navigation: Previously, when scrolling through the Project Overview page, the Milestone, Sub-Project, Attachments, and Notes tabs would move along with the page, making navigation cumbersome. Now, these tabs are fixed at the top, ensuring they remain visible and easily accessible, improving workflow efficiency.
  • Search Option in Filter for Custom Fields: Previously, the Project filter supported Master layout attributes like date, input, and number. Now, it includes Search Attributes, enabling users to filter project data quickly using custom fields.
  • Expand/Collapse Options Added to PPM Template and Gantt View for Improved Navigation: The Expand/Collapse options have been introduced in the PPM Gantt View and the Plan tab. This allows users to easily expand or collapse project details, providing a clearer and more organized view of project milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
  • Removal of Separate Priorities for PPM to Streamline Workflow: Previously, in PPM Settings, the Priorities tab was available for Projects, Portfolios, and Requests. However, since priorities were being duplicated across different sections, it created inconsistency. To streamline the workflow, we have removed the separate priority settings from Projects, Portfolios, and Requests. Now, PPM will function based on Task Priorities, ensuring a more unified and efficient prioritization system.
