What is the KPI Summary in a Balanced Scorecard (BSC)?

Profit.co’s Balanced Scorecard app offers a seamless way to track and monitor your KPIs, enabling efficient performance management and goal alignment.

Why this feature?

  • The Balanced Scorecard KPI Summary provides a visual representation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), helping you compare actual metrics with strategic objectives.
  • It simplifies data analysis, highlights performance trends, and enables clear visualization of KPI distributions for better decision-making and alignment with organizational strategies.

Step 1:

To view the KPI Summary navigate to Balanced Scorecard → KPI Summary from the left navigation panel. 

KPI Summary displays the KPI name, owner, target, actual value, variance, trend, and status, offering detailed insights into performance tracking and alignment with strategic objectives.

The KPI Summary displays Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), at any selected level (Corporate, Department) using a filter.

Note: You  can view the KPI summary in the chart view 

To create a KPI Board

To create a new KPI board, click on the + Create Board option from the Board dropdown. 

Set a new Name for the KPI Board, select the associated KPIs, and click Create.

Note: You can enable/disable the created KPI Board.
