How to view the points rewarded to all other employees?

Profit.co provides a view of the points rewarded to all other employees.

Why this feature?

• Reward points act as a motivating factor for individuals to display behaviors and actions that are in harmony with the organization's objectives and principles.
• The monitoring of reward points produces data suitable for analytical purposes. This information can be of great importance in evaluating the efficiency of recognition initiatives, gaining insights into the behaviors that receive the highest rewards, and making well-informed choices to enhance these programs.

Step 1

Navigate to Recognition → Rewards from the left navigation panel.

You can view all the employees' lists. The reported employee list will come under the dropdown menu.

You can track the points received, given, and redeemed by the employees. The Organization graph illustrates points given and received from other employees.

The Activity tab displays conversations and points given and received.
