How to integrate Google Spreadsheet with Profit.co?

You can integrate Profit.co account with Google sheet and can create key results.

Step 1

Note: Only the Superusers can integrate Google Spreadsheet with Profit.co account.

Go to Settings → Integrations → User Level Connectors.

Step 2

Enable the Spreadsheet toggle in the User Level Connectors.

Step 3

After enabling it at the firm level, Go to Preferences → Integrations.

Step 4

In Integrations manage your Google Spreadsheets.

Click on the + icon to log in to your google spreadsheet.

Step 5

Enter your email address and click Next.

Enter your password and click Next.

Create Key Result using Step by Step Guide.

Note: We can use only numeric as the value. You can create key results only using three KPIs like Increase, Decrease, and Control KPI.

Let’s create the Key Result using Increase KPI and click Next.

Enable the Auto Update.

After enabling it, choose the connection as Google Spreadsheet.

While connecting to the Google Spreadsheet, the email ID will be present by default. Type the Spreadsheet name and select the Sheet name.

After that enter the value for Column and Row.

After entering the values for Column and Row you’ll be getting the Current Value. Finally, click on the Add button.

After adding it, we'll be getting the result as shown below.

We should manually add From value to zero and To value as your target and click Next.

Select the Target Date for the Key result and click Next.

If you want you can edit the Key Result name and you can add Additional Context. Finally, click Next.

Add the employee or the department that you have to assign.

After assigning the employees click Next.

Select the day for updating the Key Result and finally, click Complete.

Step 7

After creating it, you’ll be getting the Key Result as shown below.

While updating the Key result i.e. check-in process you’ll be getting the current value of the Row and Column.

After that, you can check-in.

If you check-in you’ll be redirected to the review page. Finally, you can Update it.

After checking-in, you’ll be getting changes in the Key Result.
