How to schedule meetings with multiple teams and departments?

Profit.co provides an option for users to schedule meetings with multiple teams and departments.

Why this feature?

  • This feature helps you to interact with multiple departments/teams in your organization at the same time by scheduling meetings with them.
  • Meetings with multiple teams and departments provide an opportunity for participants to share information and updates, leading to improved communication and alignment across the organization.

Step 1

Navigate to Meetings from the left navigation panel.

On the Meetings page, click on the Schedule Meeting button to initiate the Meeting, then click on Team Meeting.

Step 2

Now select the departments and teams with which you want to schedule meetings.

Once selected, click Schedule.

The meeting will be scheduled.
