What is a License Summary Dashboard and how to view it?

License Summary Dashboard is an analytics tool where you can view all the user's information. Profit.co provides an option for the admins to view the acquired user licenses.
Why this feature?
- By using this dashboard the admins can view the users based on their role, department, job title, and others.
- It Simplifies license tracking, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and optimal user allocation.
Note: Only the admin who has Super Users access can view the License Summary Dashboard.
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → User Management from the left navigation panel, switch to the Active Users page, and click on the License Analytics icon.
Step 2
You can view the users department-wise and view the employees by filtering their reporting managers and job roles and enable the toggle to include the count of employees present in the sub-department.
Note: Click on the Export icon to export the license information
