How to create a KPI from the key result creation page?
Category: KPIs
Profit.co provides an option to create a new KPI on the key result creation page.
Why this feature?
- Instead of creating a new KPI from the settings menu, you will get an option to create a new KPI while creating a new key result by using a form or step-by-step guide.
- The benefit of creating a KPI directly from the key result creation page is efficiency and seamlessness. It streamlines the process by allowing users to define and link a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to a specific key result without navigating to a separate page.
Step 1
Navigate to OKR → All OKRs from the left navigation panel. Select the desired Objective.
If you are creating a key result using the form method and selecting the key result type as measurable, you will get an option to create a new KPI.
Step 2
Similarly, if you are creating a key result using the step-by-step guide method and selecting the key result type as measurable, you will get an option to create a new KPI on the second step. You can enter the values for your KPI.
