How can the department head see the progress of a departmental key result which is assigned to a team member as objective?
Category: OKRs
When the department head assigns a key result as an Individual objective to another employee, then he can track the progress of his main key result in two pages.
- Alignments page.
- OKR overview page.
Let’s see an example.
Andria Cantillo, human resources department head, has a departmental objective - Improved Training of Frontline Employees
She assigns one of the key results, Increase training satisfaction score from 70% to 90%, as an objective to his subordinate, Susan Bunch.
When Susan Bunch logs into the Profit.co application, he can see the key result assigned to him as Individual OKR.
Susan creates a key result for this objective, and as he makes progress on the key result and check-in, it will propagate upwards to the original departmental objective.
Now, Andrea wants to track the progress of the above (Susan Bunch)Individual OKR.
Navigate to the All OKRs page, and select the Human Resource department from the dropdown. And select the Alignment view.
Here, Andrea can view the progress of Susan's OKR.
