How do I download the Key Result Progress Presentation in Profit.co?

Profit.co provides an option to enable and download your Key Result Progress as a presentation.
Why this feature?
- By using this feature, you will be able to view the entire structure of the key result progress in a presentation.
- Downloading the Key Result Progress Presentation is essential for tracking and communicating project milestones, ensuring alignment, and facilitating informed decision-making in a concise and visual format.
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → OKRs → Views from the left navigation panel.
Scroll down to Actions, and enable the toggle for KRs Progress Presentation.
Note: By default, the toggle for the KRs progress presentation - Hierarchical View will be Disabled.
Step 2
Navigate to the OKRs page and choose the required OKR level where you want to download the Key Result Progress Presentation.
Click on the Presentation icon and select the KRs progress presentation.
Step 3
A side panel will appear, and in the KRs Progress Presentation, you can give a name for the Presentation.
Using the Period filter you can also select multiple periods at a time.
After setting up, click Download.
Step 4
The KRs Progress Presentation will be downloaded for the respective department that you have selected.
