How do I view the OKRs of my subordinates?

Profit.co allows users to view the Objectives and Key Results of their subordinates via My Org’s OKRs.
Why this feature?
- By using this feature you can directly watch the OKRs of any employees throughout the organization. It helps you to plan before aligning your OKRs with them.
- It promotes transparency and alignment, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
Step 1
Navigate to OKRs → All OKRs from the left navigation panel.
Switch to All Employees’ OKRs. A list of OKRs of your team members will be displayed here. Click the image icon of the employees on the left panel to view the OKRs of that particular subordinate.
