How to change the assignment approach for the Key Results?

Profit.co provides an option to change the assignment approach by assigning a Key Result as an Objective or Key Result / sub-key Results in the Alignment.
Why this Feature?
- By using this feature, the Objective owner can directly change the Assignment Approach of the Key results.
- Changing the assignment approach for Key Results enhances accountability by assigning clear ownership and improves collaboration by allowing multiple contributors to track progress effectively.
- It also ensures better alignment with organizational goals and provides flexibility in tracking performance.
Step 1
To change the assignment approach of any key result, navigate to the All My OKRs page, click on the Edit page of the Key Result, and change the Assignment Approach.
Note: We can't change the Assignment approach if the key result has already been assigned to the users.
