How to create OKRs on the My OKRs page?

Profit.co allows you to create OKRs on the My OKRs page.
Why this feature?
- Profit.co allows you to create OKRs on the My OKRs page which allows for easy navigation.
- This feature simplifies ongoing monitoring for individuals by consolidating their assigned OKRs in one place, fostering personal accountability, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Step 1
Navigate to OKR → My Departments'/Employees' OKRs from the left navigation panel. You will land on the Assigned to Me page. On the assigned to me page, Click on the + Create Objective icon.
A popup window will appear where they can see the option to select the OKR level in which they want to create OKR.
- Individual OKRs
- Corporate OKRs (if they have create/edit access)
- Department OKRs (show each department separately in which they have to create/edit access).

Step 2
Once you select the OKR level from the popup, a side panel will open where they can see options to create the OKR.
Enter the required details and click on the Create button.
Step 3
You can view the created OKR on the assigned to me page.
