How to customize Objective and Key Result Indicator in Profit.co?

Profit.co allows users to customize the appearance of the Objective and Key Results indicator in the OKR List page.

Why This Feature?

Earlier the Objective and Key Results were represented by icons in the OKR List page. Now, based on the user preference, the Objective and Key Results indicators can be customized. This helps the users to easily identify the status of their OKRs.

Users can customize the Objective and Key Result indicators as

• Status color
• Object icon
• Status Color and Object Icon
• Custom Text
• Status color with Object Label
• Custom text and Custom Label

Note: Only Super Users can customize the appearance of the Objective and Key Result indicators.

By default, the Object icon will be displayed as an indicator for the OKRs on the OKRs List page.

To customize the Objective and Key Result indicators as Status color, follow the steps below :

Step 1:

Navigate to Settings →OKRs → OKRs List View from the left navigation panel.

Step 2:

In the OKRs List View page, select the Status Color option from the Objective/Key Result Indicator.

Step 3:

To customize the Objective and Key Result indicators as Status Color and Object Icon, follow the steps below:

Step 1:

If the user prefers to display the Object Icon and Status Color for their OKRs, they can select the Status Color, followed by the Object icon option from the Objective/Key Result Indicator.

The Object Icon and the Status Color of the OKR will be displayed together as shown below.

To customize the Objective and Key Result indicators as Custom Text, follow the steps below:

Step 1:

If the user prefers to display their OKRs in a personalized format, they can select the Custom Text option from the Objective/Key Result Indicator.

The OKRs with Custom Text will be displayed as shown below.

To customize the Objective and Key Result indicators as Status color and Object Label, follow the steps below:

Step 1:

If the user prefers to display the Object Label and Status Color for their OKRs, they can select the Status color and Object Label option from the Objective/Key Result Indicator.

The Object Label with the Status Color of the OKR will be displayed together as shown below.

To customize the Objective and Key Result indicators as Custom Color and Custom Label, follow the steps below:

Step 1:

If users prefer to display their OKRs in a personalized format, they can select the Custom Text option from the Objective/Key Result Indicator.

The OKRs with Custom Text and Custom Label will be displayed as shown below.
