How to download the Key Result Progress Presentation based on Hierarchical view in Profit.co?

Profit.co provides an option to enable and download your Key Result Progress as a presentation based on the list of specified OKRs in Hierarchical order.

Why this Feature?

By using this feature, you will be able to view the entire structure of OKRs in Hierarchical order. This feature is accessible to all the employees in the organization and users can download the Key Result Progress presentations for specific time periods.

Step 1:

To access the KRs Progress Presentation - Hierarchical View, you should Enable the Toggle for KRs Progress Presentation - Hierarchical View.

Navigate to Settings → OKRs→ OKRs List View from the left navigation panel.

Note: Only Super Users have access to enable KRs progress presentation - Hierarchical View toggle.

In the OKR List view page, scroll down to Actions, and Enable the Toggle for KRs progress presentation - Hierarchical View.

Note: By default, the toggle for the KRs progress presentation - Hierarchical View will be Disabled.

Step 2:

For instance, if you want to prepare a presentation on the KRs' progress for the Devops department, Click on the Presentation icon of the department OKRs, and a drop-down will appear where you can select the KRs Progress Presentation - Hierarchical View.

Step 3:

A side panel will appear, and in the KRs Progress Presentation - Hierarchical View, you can give a name for the Presentation Title.

Step 4:

Using the Period filter you can multi-select periods at a time. After selecting the periods click on the Download button.

Step 5:

The KRs Progress presentation - Hierarchical View will be downloaded for the respective department that you have selected.
