What is the use of OKRs Program Status?

Profit.co allows users to view OKRs ownership across the organization, download reports, generate key result reports, manage task associations, track fulfillment scores, monitor pending check-ins, review check-in history, and access OKR check-in reports through OKR Program Status.

Why this feature?

  • Profit.co allows users to search, filter, and view the assigned OKRs to individuals, corporate, departments, or teams.
  • Download reports for all OKRs and key results, including fulfillment scores.
  • Monitor pending check-ins, task associations, and employee login history while accessing OKR check-in reports.

The features of the OKR Program Status are explained below:

To enable OKR Program Status, navigate to Settings → General → Apps from the left navigation panel. Then click on the Customize option of OKR Management and enable the OKRs Program Status toggle.

Note: Only Superusers and Custom roles (Add-on roles with Privileges) can access all menus within the OKR Program Status reports. Whereas, Profit Managers can only view the Pending Check-ins of the users who are reporting to them.

You can view all the features of the OKR Program Status by navigating to OKRs → OKR Program Status from the left navigation panel.

Choose the options from the Tab. Click on the  Export  icon to download as a report.

OKRs Authoring

Users can view the count of assigned OKRs for departments, teams, and employees in the OKRs Authoring menu. This helps monitor organizational, departmental, team, and individual OKR progress effectively.

You can select either Corporate, Department, Team, or Individual OKRs from the tabs. You can view the # of Objectives and # of KRs of Corporate, Department, Team, or Individual by selecting from the filter.

OKRs Fulfillment

OKR Fulfillment Score shows the achievements of the Corporate, Team, Department, and Individual OKRs. It is the average of the progress of the objective. You can track the fulfillment scores for the Corporate, Team, Department, and Individual OKRs. 

The report contains the count of Objectives and Key Results present in various Statuses and rankings along with the fulfillment scores.

Users Login History

In the Users Login History, you can now see users' login history by clicking on the Users who have logged in, Users who have not logged in, and Active Users Login History tabs. You can also see the login histories with the filters below.

  • Current Week
  • Last Week
  • Last 15 Days
  • Last 30 Days
  • Beyond Last 30 Days

You can also click on the Login History icon to view the login history of that particular user. In the Login History window, you can view the date and time of the logins with the Access Type and IP address of that particular user.

Likewise, You can also click on the News Feed Icon to view the recent activities of that particular user.

Reflection Dashboard

The Reflection Dashboard showcases responses from all employees across the organization. It shows user responses given during the Reflect/Reset process, with a chart displayed for each question in the Reflection questions panel.
