What is the use of the "OKRs list view" option on the OKRs settings page in Profit.co?

Profit.co allows you to customize the OKR List Page via OKR List View Settings.

What is the use of this feature?

• You can now customize the OKR List page by adding the necessary viewing and editing actions features for the Objectives and Key Results individually under the OKR List View Option.
• Customize OKR List Page via Profit.co's settings for tailored display, enhancing clarity, focus, and efficiency in goal management.

Note: Only Super Users can access the OKR list view.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings→ OKRs→ Views from the left navigation panel.

Switch to the General tab, under this section you can enable the toggle Copy to Clipboard to copy OKR names and additional context to the clipboard.

You can also customize the OKR Indicators to easily identify the status of the OKRs.

you can enable/disable the toggles, End of Quarter Presentation, OKR Progress Presentation, KRs Progress Presentation, KRs Progress Presentation - Hierarchical View, and also customize the chart view in the List View Dashboard.

You can also customize the Assignee View.

For instance, if you have selected the option "Icon only," In the OKR assignee view, you can view only the icon image of the assignee.

Step 2

Switch to the Objectives tab, under this section, you can enable the toggle to show the additional context.

Under the Actions menu you can enable/disable the toggle for the Objectives to,

• Edit
• View 
• Review
• Align
• Follow
• Share
• Move
• Move to Backlog
• Clone 
• Delete 

Step 3

Under the Key Results section, you can enable the toggle to show the latest check-in comment.

In the OKR List View you can view the latest check-in comments.

Also, you can enable the toggle to show the additional Context.

Under the Actions menu you can enable/disable the toggle for the Key Results to,

• Edit
• View
• Align
• Follow
• Move
• Move to Backlog
• Delete

Step 4 

Under the List Layout page, you will get the option to enable/disable the functions you like.

• Show OKRs/KRs
• Show OKRs/KRs that fully overlap the selected periods
• Show Canvas View
• Show Hierarchy Line
• Show Objective and Parent KR(s)

By enabling the toggle Show OKRs/KRs you will get the option to show only the Key Results and Key Results with Objectives in the list view.

By enabling the toggle Show OKRs/KRs that fully overlap the selected periods, you can restrict showing the previous quarter's key results in the OKR List View.

By enabling the toggle Show Canvas View, we can view the OKRs in a simplified architectural view.

Users can swiftly and effectively reorganize by dragging and dropping the Key Results Subkey Results on the OKR page.

By enabling the toggle Show Hierarchy Line, we can view the assigned OKRs in hierarchy lines.

By enabling the toggle Show Objective and Parent KR(s), we can view the aligned Objective for the Key Result.

Note: If you disable the toggle, the aligned Objective cannot be seen.
