Does Profit.co support both qualitative and quantitative conversation question types?

Profit. co supports qualitative and quantitative conversations by recommending highly customizable question builders. The Highly customizable questionnaire builder supports types :

Qualitative :

Open-ended questions that you can create based on your reviewing criteria.

Quantitative :

• Number
• Currency
• Select
• Radio
• Toggle
• Multiselect
• Star
• Slider
• Matrix radio

Navigate to Settings → Performance→ Review from the left navigation panel.

You can build quantitative questions by using the Standard Review option. To create quantitative questions, Click on the +Create button.

When you click on the Create button, you will be directed to the Create Template page. Here you can add the attributes and sections and create questionnaires based on the quantitative assessment that you want to perform.

If you want to change the question, just click on the question, it will direct you to the Inspector tab, here you can create your question, by changing the question in the Name column.

Once you update the conversation, the questionnaire will look like this.
