How different evaluators can rate the competencies in the performance assessment?

In Profit.co while adding/updating Competencies we can set evaluators who can only rate those competencies during the assessment.
Why this feature?
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → Performance → Reviews from the left menu.
Switch over to the Competencies tab.
For instance, let's update the competency named “Team Player”.
Update the toggle only for “Employee” who only can rate this competency. Finally, Update it.
Also, update the competency named “Quality of Work” and only enable the toggle for the evaluators “Reportee” & Update it.
Note: The competency will appear only when the employees are present in the same team or department.
We have enabled the toggle only for the evaluator named “Employee” in the competency “Team Player”. So Employee means the user who performs the self-assessment.
The competency Team Player will be visible only to the user who performs the self-assessment.
At the same time, we have enabled the toggle only for the evaluator named “Reportee” in the competency “Quality of Work”.
So from the above image, we can identify who is the reporter of Helen Zhou.
