Category: Performance
Profit.co allows users to add ratings based on the performance of employees.
Why this feature?
- Ratings are used in Performance Reviews to indicate an employee's level of performance or achievement.
- During performance evaluations, users can provide ratings to employees. This enables the employee to identify and perform better in weaker areas.
The following performance rating scale is set to default in Profit.co.
Note: You can also define the Ratings with the decimal values.
Step 1
As a first step navigate to Settings.
On the Settings menu, click Performance → Reviews and select the Rating Controls tab.
To create a new rating click on the +Create button and if needed you can enable Customize Rating Percentage toggle to configure rating percentages.
Step 2
In the Create Ratings side panel, choose Color, Emoji, Rating Score, Name, and Description according to your organizational needs. Once done, select Create.
For instance, let us create a new rating named Exemplary.
