How to configure Parallel Assessment in Performance Reviews?
Category: Performance
Profit.co allows users to perform assessments parallelly for an initiated performance review.
Why this feature?
- Parallel assessments can help reduce the time taken to complete the review cycle by allowing users to perform them simultaneously.
- Once an employee completes their self-assessment, other users involved in the review process will be able to access and perform their own assessments for that employee.
Step 1
Navigate to Settings → Performance → Reviews from the left navigation panel. On the Reviews page click on the Review Template.
To create a new Review Template, click on the + Create Review Template button or to modify an existing template, click on the Edit icon.
Step 2
On the Review Template page, select the Review Process section and click on the Allow parallel assessment checkbox. Once done, click on Update.
Notes:
- Once a performance review is initiated with the selected review template, Step Participants 1 to 5 (as shown in the image above) can access and perform the review simultaneously.
- The Secondary Reviewer gains access to perform the review only after the others have completed their assessments.
