How to download reports for the Individual Development Plan?

Profit.co provides an option to download reports for the Individual Development Plan for the HR Admin, HR Business Partners, and Individual Users.
Why this feature?
- By using this feature you can download reports for the Individual Development Plan for future purposes.
- Coaches and mentors can download and view the reports of individuals that report to them.
How the HR Admin can download the Individual Development Plan Reports?
Navigate to Performance → HR Administration
On the HR Administration page, under the Individual Development Plan section, click on the icon to download all the reports or select individual IDPs to export detailed reports.
Step 2
In the Individual Development Plan, click on the Export icon to Download PDF.
The information will be displayed in the Preview panel prior to download.
How an individual user can download the Performance Improvement Plan Reports?
Navigate to Performance → Individual Development Plan → My IDPs and click on the icon to download the reports.
Note: The Coach/Mentors can also download the Individual Development Plan reports from My Org IDPs and Mentor IDPs from the left navigation menu respectively.
