How to enable 1 on 1 review?

Profit.co provides an option to set 1 on 1 assessments for the performance reviews.

Why this feature?

  • By using this feature we can set one-on-one conversation-type assessment questions with restricted visibility.
  • This review can be performed only by the manager with set visibility for other employees in the organization.
  • Once the response has been submitted by the manager, that specific question will be visible for assessment to the employees.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → Performance → Reviews from the left navigation panel and switch to the Review Templates tab. Click on the Edit icon of your preferred template.

Select the Review Process tab and click on the Edit icon the Manager Assessment.

Step 2

On the Manager Assessment option page, Enable the Enforce 1-on-1 Review toggle.

Once done, close the menu and click on Update.

To customize questions for 1-on-1 Assessment follow the below steps,

Step 1

Navigate to Settings → Performance → Reviews from the left menu.

Select the Q&A Templates tab and click on the Edit option of any template for which you want to set the one-on-one question.

Step 2

Enter a new question for the manager assessment, and after setting up the question enable the 1-on-1 Assessment toggle to set the visibility if needed.

When you Initiate a new review with the modified template, the 1-on-1 assessment question will be visible to the manager while performing the assessment.
