How to implement the threshold for Peer Assessment in Grade Level?
Category: Performance
Profit.co provides an option for users to configure the maximum limit of peers threshold in grade level settings. By doing so we can override the toggle “Limit the number of peer assessments each employee can perform” in the Settings → Performance→ Review → Peer Assessment.
Step 1:
Go to Settings → General → Grades.
Step 2:
While creating/editing a grade there will be a toggle named “Limit the number of peer assessments each employee can perform”.
Note: The toggle will be present in a disabled state by default.
After enabling it the maximum value automatically sets to the number 1.
You can manually update the value to any value >=1.
Step 3:
For instance let’s update the value as three.
For instance let’s create/update a user in the department and set the Grade which we have recently created.
Step 4:
For instance, if the existing user having the new grade has already set the value as two in “Limit the number of peer assessments each employee can perform” under the Peer Assessment options.
The value updated in the Grade option i.e) ”three” will be taken as the first preference.
Note : If there is no grade set for a user, then by default the value in the toggle “Limit the number of peer assessments each employee can perform” in the Settings → Performance → Review → Peer Assessment.
