How to implement the threshold for Peer Assessment in Grade Level?
Category: Performance
Profit.co provides an option for the users to implement the threshold for Peer Assessment at Grade Level.
Why this feature?
- Implementing a threshold for peer assessment guarantees that evaluations are consistent, preventing extreme bias or outlier scores that could skew the results.
- Setting a threshold helps ensure that peer assessments are grounded in a realistic range, encouraging participants to give constructive, balanced feedback within a fair grading system.
Step 1
Go to Settings → User Management from the left navigation panel and switch to the Grades section.
Click on the Edit icon of the required grade to add the threshold.
Step 2
While creating/editing a grade, enable the “Limit the number of peer assessments each employee can perform” toggle.
Note: The toggle will be present in a disabled state by default.
After enabling it, the maximum value is automatically set to the number 1.
You can manually update the value to any value >=1. For instance, let’s update the value as 3.
Now, each employee can perform up to 3 peer assessments.
