How to Reopen Closed Reviews ?

Profit.co provides an option to reopen the recently closed review from the Past reviews section. Using this option, you can always reopen the reviews you closed recently to refer, edit or make changes to it.
Why this Feature?
- Reopening closed reviews provides flexibility to make necessary adjustments, ensuring the evaluation is comprehensive and accurate.
- It helps maintain transparency, correct errors, and incorporate late feedback, ultimately leading to fairer assessments and more actionable insights for both employees and managers.
Step 1
Navigate to Performance → HR Administration from the left navigation panel.
Step 2
On the Review page, switch to the Closed Reviews tab. Select the review you want to reopen, click on the ellipsis icon, and then click the Reopen button.
The performance review will be re-opened and it’ll be present in the active state.
