How to view My Orgs' Goals?

You can now view the goals created and managed under My Org’s Goals in Profit.co. My Org’s Goals menu will be visible to users who have reportees under them.
Why this feature?
- This feature allows you to view the high-level goals and OKRs so that you can plan and assign your department/team/individual goals accordingly, which in turn helps you to meet the organizations’ expectations from you.
- The goal created by you is visible to your reporting manager and your organization.
Step 1
Navigate to Performance → Goals from the left navigation panel.
Switch to the My Employees’ Goals and you can view the goals of the employees by choosing from the dropdown.
