How to see the subordinates line in the Affinity Chart?
Category: Performance
The Profit.co system provides the average line for the “All Peers”. Similar to that, we can also see a separate average line for the “Subordinates”.
Why this feature?
- The subordinates' line in the Affinity Chart helps visualize team hierarchies, making it easier to understand reporting relationships and organizational structure.
- It aids in identifying potential gaps or strengths in team structures, allowing leaders to optimize team alignment and resource distribution effectively.
The HR/SuperUser can see the Affinity Chart containing the subordinates line through the Overall Review Dashboard.

Note: Also the managers will be able to see the subordinates line through My Org’s Reviews.
