Final Overall Rating

The Final Overall Rating score is calculated based on the cumulative average of the participant's scores obtained during the review process.

The selected participants' overall scores will be considered as the cumulative average for the Final Overall Rating.

You can also configure the Final Overall Rating by enabling the “Enable Custom Formula” toggle and selecting up to 5 past reviews (e.g., 1 to 5 reviews).

For each selected review period, you can define weights that control how much influence each review period has on the final score.

Examples:

  1. For a single review (e.g., current quarter): If only the current review is available, you can define weights for that one review.
  2. For two reviews (e.g., current and previous quarter): You can define weights for both the current and previous reviews, determining how each contributes to the overall rating.
  3. For up to five reviews (e.g., past 5 quarters): You can configure the formula for up to five review periods, assigning weights to each one based on how much you want each review to impact the final score.

Note: You can select a maximum of 5 reviews to calculate the final overall rating.

Calibrate Rating

Calibration is a process of determining and re-evaluating the scores in performance reviews.

The calibrated members are those in higher management who reevaluate the ratings given to employees by their managers, and calibrated ratings display the same.
