Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
OKRs:
- Disable Sync from Sub Key Results: Users can now Disable the synchronization between the Sub Key result and the Key result.
- Key Result Weight Roll-up: By using the KPI Based roll-up approach the progress of the parent key result will be updated by the progress of sub-key result
- View sub-department and sub-team OKRs in Company Dashboard: Users can view the count of OKRs present in the sub-departments and sub-teams through the Company Dashboard.
- Key Result Progress Presentation: Users can download Key result progress report for the week or quarter periods in a single click.
- Key Result Status Propagation: Restrict the progress calculation of the sub-key result when we give a specific status. By the status given for the sub-key results the status of the parent key result will change.
- Change the Default Owner of an OKR: Users can change the default owner of the OKRs by using the search and select option while creating or editing OKRs.
- Restrict the visibility of Strategic Data: You can restrict the visibility of the strategic data fields in the create/edit OKR page by selecting the OKR Category as LEGAL MANDATE.
Task Management:
- Email notifications for task assignments: Super users can now enable email notifications for assigned tasks. Now, when you assign a new task, the task assignee is instantly notified and can view the task through their email.
- Copy comments in task management: Users can now copy the comments from the task boards to their clipboard.
- Move back the tasks from any Workspaces/Board to My Tasks: This feature allows users to sort a task back to the “My Tasks” page if they accidentally added it to a Workspace/Task Board.
- Copy Tasks with the selected attributes: Now, when duplicating individual tasks, users can also choose to copy task attributes such as the due date, priority level, attachments, etc. along with it.
Performance Management:
- Hide managers’ overall rating from employees Super Users can now control the visibility of managers’ overall rating in the performance review summary. If the super user does not want to show the manager’s rating to the employees, they can hide their ratings using this option.
- Define weights at the Individual Competency level: Super Users can now assign weights to individual competencies based on how important each skill or attribute is to their organization.
- Associate Sub Key Results with goals: Users can associate their sub-key results with goals to automate the progress of goals via the check-ins that they made in sub-key results, also users can precisely achieve their goal on time with their associated sub-key results.
- Employees can Auto-approve their peers in Self-Assessment Review: Employees can auto-approve their Peer Assessment Request in the performance review process.
- Star Rating in Performance Review: Users can now use the star rating scale to rate the performance of the employees. The colors can be customized from the rating definition.
General:
- License Summary Dashboard: Super users can view this analytical tool to view all users’ information.
- Email Notifications for Key Result Assignments: With this feature, the assignee of a key result will get an instant notification through the email to view the assigned Key results and sub-key results.
- Department Admins modify User Details: Departments admins can create new users and modify the existing users within their department.
UI Enhancement:
You can add tags while creating a new objective or key result using a step by step guide.
- Add tags in Objective (Step 3): You can now add tags to your objective.
- Add tags in Key Results (Step 8): You can now add tags to your key results.
OKR Ranking score on Presentation: While downloading the End of Quarter Presentation (Step 3) and OKR Progress Presentation (Step 5) users can see the rankings present in the OKR levels.
- Strategic Road Map (Step 6): In the Road Map Gantt view users can see the current year/quarter by default.
- Search Option in Team List (Step 3): Users can use the search option at the team level via Settings.
- Search option in Departments View (Step 4): Users can use the search option at the department level via Settings.
- Export Improvements in OKR (Step 2): Users can see the check-in custom attributes while exporting the OKRs.
- Improvements in Reflection Dashboard: Optimized data loading time on the reflection dashboard page.
