Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
OKRs:
- Department Progress Presentation: Users can now showcase their Department’s Progress using the Present feature in Profit.co.
- Ability to turn off status propagation at OKR level: Users can now sync the status propagation at OKR Level.
- Align an Objective as a Sub-Key Result under another Sub-key Result: Users can now bottom-up align their Objectives as sub-key result under another sub-key result.
Task Management:
- Terminated user’s tasks: If you terminate an employee who has been assigned some tasks. The task will still be present, but on the assignee section, you will get the message “The user has been terminated.”
Performance Management:
- Reminder Schedule: The Reminder Schedule option enables users to configure the number of days to notify individuals involved in the assessment process about the review via email.
- Comments optional for assessment: Users can now configure comments as “Optional” for assessments in Performance Reviews.

Alignment Approval flow when aligned as sub KRs
The Alignment can be accepted/rejected through Action Center and Alignment menu under the OKR when the Objective is bottom-up aligned as sub-key results.

OKR Authoring Report Filter
On the OKR Authoring menu, users can use the filter option to sort out the employees by Department, Job Title, Reporting Manager, and no.of KRs for My Individual OKRs.
