Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
Home:
- Customize Appearance: You can now personalize Profit. co by customizing the color scheme of the site. You can customize the header color, background color, and left menu color.
- Export files: You can now export talking points and tasks in a .CSV file that you create while scheduling meetings.
OKRs:
- Delete OKR review: You can now delete the previous OKR Reviews, also known as your PPP reviews (Progress, Plan, Problems).
- Customize Assignment: You can customize the assignee’s name and image icon in the “All my OKRs” page.
Task Management:
- Download reports: You can download the reports directly from the Task Dashboard.
- Hide Workspaces: You can now hide the workspaces that you create as needed. Hidden workspaces will be moved to a separate section of your tasks module.
Performance Management:
- Show peer feedback: You can now view your peers’ feedback of your performance immediately after they submit it into Profit.co.
- Extend approval/request: You can request an extension if the scheduled deadline date gets lapsed without completing the performance review.
- Add notes on IDP and PIP: HR Admins and Mentors can now add notes in employees’ individual development plans and performance improvement plans.
- Request re-evaluation: You can now request re-evaluation in the employee sign-off step during the performance review process.
- Reopen closed review: HR administrators can now reopen recently closed reviews from the past reviews section. Using this option, you can always reopen the reviews you closed recently to refer, edit, or make changes.
