- Adjust 9-Box ratings early, before final review: In the 9-box matrix, you can now view and adjust the user’s placement before the review is finalized. Previously, the plot would appear only after the review was closed. This update allows you to view and adjust the user’s rating, determining their placement in the matrix before the review is finalized.
