Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
OKRs:
- Enable Add Workspace/Board while creating a key result: You can enable/disable adding workspaces/boards options in the dropdown while creating a key result.
- Managers can now change the KPI from a Key Result’s Edit Page: Managers can now edit the KPI associated with a key result from the key result edit page. Previously, only Super Users could edit KPIs directly.
- Check-ins for the Key Results above the Target: You can now complete check-ins for Key Results with target values greater than 100%.
- A warning message now appears when you make changes to a cascaded key result: When you edit a key result that is cascaded, a warning message now pops up to ask if you would like to limit these changes to only the key result you edited, or to the cascaded key results as well. This gives you more control over your OKRs.
Performance Management:
- Enable Overall Rating: You can enable the overall rating option in performance assessments. This gives the reviewer the opportunity to summarize the reviewed employee’s performance with a rating.
- Submit All Goals for Approval at Once: You can submit all goals for approval using one bulk action, saving you time and making creating goals more efficient.
- Auto Update scoring for Goals: Superusers can now enable automatic rating updates for goals. When goals reach a defined percentage, the rating will update to the associated level– such as “Satisfactory”, “Commendable”, or “Outstanding”.
- Overall Rating for Self-Assessments: You can enable the overall rating option in performance self-assessments. This gives the reviewed employee the opportunity to summarize their performance with a rating scale.
Task Management:
- Move Task Between Workspaces: You can now move a task from one Workspace to another, using the drop-down menu on each task.
- View the Tasks using Tags: You can now filter tasks within My Tasks or a specific Workspace or Board by using the tags filter found in the upper right corner of the tasks list.
UI Enhancement:
- Department Progress: You can now resize the Department Progress list panel to suit what information you would like to focus on.
- Goal Authoring Status: On this performance dashboard, you can view which employees have entered goals into the system, and which have not. You can additionally filter through employees who have submitted their goals, and view which goals have been approved and which are waiting for approval.
- Reflect/Reset OKRs: You can now change the target date while resetting the Key Results from the default of the end of the upcoming quarter.
- Approve/Reject Goals: Managers will see new enhancements on the Goals Pending Approval Page. You can now filter goals by the goal’s owner, as well as complete bulk approvals or rejections but checking off multiple goals at once.
Integrations:
- Outlook Add In: Now you can integrate Profit.co with Microsoft Outlook to build add-ins that enable you to follow Action center links right from your inbox. Additionally, this Add-In allows you to convert email subjects to Profit.co tasks.
- MS Outlook calendar Integration: Integrate Outlook meetings with Profit.co meetings and sync the calendars to access both the meeting calendars at the same time without the hassle of switching between platforms.
