Performance Management
- You can perform Employee Sign-off once you agree with the assessed review of self, peers, managers, and the secondary reviewer.
- By enabling HR Sign Off you can now complete the assessed review for an individual employee or for ‘n’ number of employees.
- HR can add peer reviewers directly for the selected employees from the HR dashboard and can monitor the number of peer reviewers for each employee.
- Employees can add themselves as reviewees to review someone else’s performances.
- Capping peer reviewers restricts the number of peers added to perform peer assessment review in performance management.
- Review Summary Dashboard delivers a magnified look at the performance review process by letting you view the open ended answers provided by the managers and peers at one shot.
OKRs:
- Department progress dashboard gives you a multidimensional view of your department’s OKR progress.
- Advance search for key results by tags and get the list of key results instantly.
- You can now perform bottom-up alignment on your sub key results and align key results to an objective or align as a subkey result to a key result.
- You can now create sub key results by simply distributing the key result weightage to multiple assignees at a time using the Distribute button.
- You can now safely login to your Profit.co account through SSO (single sign-on session) which restricts users from multiple logins.
- Enjoy hassle free login by adding Profit.co software as a chrome extension.
