Strategy Execution (OKRs, BSC, and Strategy Roadmaps)

  • Updated Subject Line for Daily Summary Email: The Daily Summary Email subject line has been revised for clearer communication. The new subject is: “# actions awaiting completion | Profit.co.” This update enhances visibility into pending tasks and encourages better engagement with the summary email.
  • Expanded Support for Key Results & Sub-KR Hierarchy in OKR Progress Presentation: The OKR List and OKR List with Check-in Charts in the OKR Progress Presentation now support selecting Key Results and Sub-KR hierarchy for better clarity and customization.
  • PDF Download Option for Balanced Scorecard (BSC): Users can now download presentations in PDF format within the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Previously, exports were limited to CSV files. The PDF download feature enhances sharing and presentation by offering a more professional and polished format, providing greater flexibility compared to the previous CSV export.
  • Flexible OKR & Perspective Management: We have added greater flexibility in managing strategic objectives. Users can now move a strategic objective from one perspective to another. Additionally, they can clone existing Objectives, Measures, and Projects, enabling duplication and customization without modifying the original.

Projects & Tasks (Tasks, PPM)

  • Enhanced Left Menu Customization for Portfolios and Projects: Left panel customization is now available in the Portfolios and Projects modules, bringing them in line with other modules. Users can personalize the left menu to align with their workflow, improving navigation and accessibility.
  • Tasks by Stage Chart & Data Export: We have introduced the Tasks by Stage Chart, offering a clear visual representation of task distribution across different stages. This enhancement allows users to track progress effortlessly and identify bottlenecks in task completion.Additionally, users can now export task data for deeper analysis, enabling seamless reporting and actionable insights.
  • Enhanced Task Filtering with Creation & Completion Date: Profit.co has introduced new Creation Date and Completion Date filter options, enabling users to filter tasks based on specific date ranges. With the addition of the Range operator, users can now set a From and To date for more precise task tracking and management.
  • Set Task Dependencies in Project Templates: You can now define task dependencies within Project Templates while creating a Task Template. For example, if a template includes three tasks, you can establish dependencies between them to streamline workflows. Note: Dependencies can only be set within the same template. Tasks from other templates cannot be linked as dependencies.

Employee Performance (PMS, Goals, Development Plans)

  • Enhanced Performance Trend Report with Peer Ratings: Profit.co now allows users to customize the Performance Trend Report by selecting various peer feedback metrics. Users can include Peer(s) Overall Rating, Peer(s) Goal Score, Peer(s) OKR Score, and Peer(s) BSC Score, providing a more comprehensive view of peer assessments to better track performance trends.
  • Detailed Descriptions for Group Competencies: A new Description Box has been added to the Group Competency section, enabling users to provide comprehensive details for each competency. This feature enhances clarity by offering additional context and allows for customization to better align with organizational needs.
  • New Filter for Secondary Review Manager: In the Review Page, a new filter option has been introduced for Secondary Review Managers. They can now filter pending reviews using a dropdown by selecting the Secondary Status option. Once a review is completed, it is automatically removed from the filter, ensuring a clearer overview of the remaining tasks.
  • Custom Field Support in Performance Reviews: Profit.co’s performance review module now allows users to incorporate custom fields during the review initiation process. This update provides greater flexibility, enabling organizations to tailor performance assessments based on their unique criteria.With custom fields, companies can capture specific data points that align with their evaluation standards, ensuring a more comprehensive and relevant review process.
