OKRs:
- Conditional Attributes for OKR Check-ins: Superusers can now set conditional attributes to appear on check-ins when users input a certain check-in value, check-in status, and the check-in comment. This prompts users to provide more relevant information during their check-ins. For example, if a user changes the status of their KR to “At Risk,” a mandatory explanation window appears on their check-in.
UI Enhancement:
- Make manager’s comments mandatory in the Performance Review: Make performance review comments mandatory for managers when they completed employee assessments. When manager comments are mandatory, all employees get insight into why their manager gave them a specific rating and what they can do to improve.
Integrations:
- Google Calendar Integration: Now, you can integrate Google Calendar with Profit.co Meetings! Sync your Google and Profit.co calendars to organize all your important meetings, notes, action items, and OKR updates, eliminating the need to switch between platforms, and keeping all the tools you need to succeed in one central location.
- Profit.co in Power BI: The “Profit.co OKR Software” Dashboard App retrieves OKR data from Profit.co, enabling you to visualize and analyze your progress in Power BI.
- Domo Connector: The “Profit.co OKR Software” Connector retrieves OKR data from Profit.co, enabling you to visualize and analyze your progress in DOMO
