Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
OKRs:
- Stretch target in key results: While creating key results using Increase/Decrease KPI, users can Select the Stretch Target Value button and enter the target and select Create to create a stretch target and track the progress.
- Ranking sets: Users can now create multiple ranking sets that can be linked with their OKRs.
- Automated Check-ins: Users can plot the check-ins automatically to the preferred check-in date through the automated check-ins feature.
Performance Management:
- Access List: The 9 Box Matrix is now providing an Access List feature that is available for HR Admins, HR Business Partners, and Managers. Users can select specific employees that can be added to the access list.
- Peers to review OKRs & Goals: During performance reviews, users can now include OKRs and Goals in Peer Assessment and provide ratings for them.
- Set Visibility for Assessments: Self and Manager assessments visibility in Performance can now be configured easily. Users can now access the assessment once the entire review and HR sign off has been completed.
Task Management:
- Set Multiple Owners: Users can now add multiple owners to each stage and default assignees for tasks under stages.
- Custom fields in List view: Users are provided with an option to add/remove fields that can be viewed in the List View table.
- Create Sub Task similar to the Parent task card: While establishing a sub-task, users can now select the Assignee, Due Date, Tags, and Priority, corresponding to the parent task card.
UI Enhancements:
- OKRs Dashboard: Users can now go to the Objective Overview Page by clicking on the radar chart and heatmap in the OKR dashboard.
- Re-arrange Milestone Sequence: Users can drag and drop the Milestone Sequence and rearrange their list.
- Attach Documents: UI improvements have been made while uploading documents from the overview menu.
- Associate KR popup: Profit.co now provides the Assigned to me tab while associating key results with a task.
- The Job Title and Departments can now be added to specific competencies. This can be added from the competencies edit menu in review settings.
- Display of Secondary Reviewer’s assessments: When a user is a secondary reviewer, the secondary reviewer window only displays the reviews that were assigned to them.
- Review Summary Information in Trend Report: The visibility of review summary information can be customized to be displayed in the Performance Trend Report.
- Add checklists in Tasks: Users now have the option to Add checklists to tasks individually.
- Sub-Task Customization: Profit.co now provides options to select Assignee, Due Date, Tags, and Priority while creating a sub-task.
- Add Conference Links: Users can add conference meeting links from applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Team, and Web-ex while scheduling a meeting.
