Strategy Execution (OKRs, BSC, and Strategy Roadmaps)

  • Automated Progress Updates for Task-Tracked Key Results: Task-tracked Key Results now update automatically based on task statuses. Set a progress percentage for each status in settings for example, 30% for “Scheduled” and the KR check-in will reflect it. If more tasks are added, the system calculates the average and updates progress seamlessly. This automation ensures accurate and effortless progress tracking!
  • KPIs & Initiatives Alignment Widget: The KPIs & Initiatives Alignment widget is now available in the Cockpit, offering a clear visualization of how initiatives drive overall KPI progress. Gain better insights and track alignment effortlessly!

Contributing Option in OKR List View: The Contributing checkbox is now available in the OKR List View, in addition to the Alignment View.

  • When bottom-up aligning a Key Result to a corporate-level Objective, you can control its contribution using the Contributing toggle.
  • If disabled, the progress of the aligned Key Result will not impact the corporate-level objective.
  • Non-contributing Key Results will be listed separately under “Show Non-contributing Key Results” in the OKR List View.

Option to Edit Check-In Comments in Quick View: The new feature allows you to edit your latest check-in directly from the quick view panel. Previously, you needed to navigate to the details page and then the check-in tab to make edits. Now, with just one click from the side panel, you can quickly edit your check-in, saving time, reducing clicks, and improving the user experience.

Projects & Tasks (Tasks, PPM)

  • Simplified Roles for Project & Milestone Management!: Previously, the Project Members and Access page had four roles: Project Owner, Project User, Milestone Owner, and Milestone User. However, managing both project and milestone ownership led to confusion.
  • To streamline access management, milestone roles have been removed, and only project roles are now retained. This update ensures a clearer and more efficient project access structure!
  • Master Layout for Milestones in PPM: In PPM, master layouts were previously available only for projects, risks, and issues. Now, you can also customize milestones with the master layout feature. By adding extra sections to the master layout, they will automatically reflect when creating a new milestone. This feature simplifies milestone customization, streamlining workflows and improving task tracking.
  • Enhanced Search Functionality for Projects: The global search option now allows you to easily find specific projects and portfolios without the need to navigate through multiple pages. This feature saves time and makes your work more efficient by enabling quicker access to your projects and portfolios.
  • Sort Sub-Tasks by Due Date: The subtask section now includes a sort option, improved with a table format. This enhancement makes it easier to organize and view subtasks in a clearer, more structured way.

Audio & Video Comments on the Review Page: Providing feedback just got easier! You can now leave audio or video comments on the Review page making feedback faster, more engaging, and more personal.

You can skip typing and record your feedback using audio or video, with a 3-minute limit to ensure concise and clear communication. The recording will automatically stop once the time limit is reached.

This feature saves time by eliminating the need for long, typed comments, adds a personal touch to reviews through audio and video feedback, and ensures clarity by keeping responses concise and effective.

CFR, User Management & Framework

Approval Workflow for Recognition Feeds: The Recognition module now includes an approval workflow to manage award nominations and posts effectively. With this feature, award nominations must be reviewed before approval, and posts require approval before they are displayed in the recognition feed. Additionally, an expiry setting allows pending posts to expire automatically if they are not approved within the specified timeframe. This workflow enhances oversight, streamlines the approval process, and ensures the integrity of the recognition program.
