Home:
- Filter and export files: You can now filter and export information from department and company dashboards to view as Excel or Google Sheets files! This enables users to view progress in the way that works best for them, and print data to bring on-the-go
- Override scoring: Override the weightage for goals, competencies, and OKRs at Grade and Department level so that the users can be assessed on their competencies and Goals based on the weightage added at the Grade and Department with respect to their hierarchy.
- Share Goals: While creating or editing a goal, users can now add team members to their goal to share their goal progress. This enables more goal transparency within a team. You can now share goals with other users
- Multiple teams & department: You can now schedule meetings with multiple teams and departments in Profit.co
OKRs:
- Clone OKRs: You can now clone, or duplicate, OKRs that you would like to make a copy of through your All My OKRs canvas
- Add custom weights: Users can now add custom weights to objectives within a team or department to indicate if one objective matters more than others. Objectives that weigh more will have a larger impact on overall OKR progress for the group or level
- Add notes: Users can now add notes to individual Objectives to record any ideas or details important to the execution of the OKR. Notes will be transparent for all users who can see the OKR
- Key Result reports: You can now view and export reports only for key results that are associated with tasks, or only for key results that are not. This gives users more flexibility to view the information they need in Profit.co
- Copy OKR link: You can now copy a link directly to individual OKRs and share it over email, messenger apps, and other platforms to quickly and easily acces the exact OKRs you need
Task Management:
- Set time: You can now add a specific time for a task deadline when selecting a due date on individual tasks
- Start date: Now you have an option to set a start date while creating a new task in Profit.co
Engagement:
- Set initiators: You can now add initiators for Pulse Survey in Profit.co. Designate certain employees to initiate and access pulse surveys to help manage employee engagement surveys in your business
Performance Management:
- Goal Authoring Status: The Goal Authoring Status feature lets you view how many goals are assigned to each user to ensure each employee has a manageable set of targets for the review period
- Check-in process: You can now track any changes or check-ins made on goals using the Audit Trail feature on goals. Under the “action” column, you can view the history of actions and comments on each goal
- Add OKRs to Performance Reviews: You can now include OKR progress in performance reviews to help connect individual employees with the outcomes they are responsible for. This gives a holistic view of employee work within your business
- Define competency weights: When creating competency groups, you can now define weights for individual competencies to demonstrate if one competency is more important than others. Higher weighted competencies will have more of an impact on performance scores in Profit.co

- Microsoft Planner: You can now integrate Profit.co with Microsoft Planner to create, manage, and complete tasks. Make use of these teamwork planning tools and plan your agenda alongside key results with this seamless integration
