Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
Home:
- Assign tasks to boards from your meetings page – Once you have scheduled a meeting, you can add tasks directly from your meetings page. This helps organize task responsibilities and ensure that team members are arriving to meetings prepared.
- Add Notes in Weekly & Quarterly Meetings – You can now add notes in weekly and quarterly meetings in Profit.co. The new “notes” icon that can be placed anywhere in the “add” page of your scheduled meeting.
OKRs:
- Customize the end-of-quarter OKR presentation – Customize the look of your end-of-quarter OKR presentation slides via Settings, including the font, colors, and borders.
- Assign a sub key result to multiple users – Sub key results can now be assigned to multiple users. Check-ins that any of the assignees complete will be reflected on all assignee’s sub key results.
Task Management:
- Assign tasks to multiple assignees – You now have the ability to select multiple assignees when assigning tasks in the tasks module. This sends the assigned task to multiple users, and displays multiple user icons.
- Edit/delete comments in Tasks – Users can now edit previous comments on tasks, or delete comments from the task detail page.
- Copy workspace and boards in Tasks – Authorized users can now copy task workspaces and individual task boards in the tasks module to help organize and better manage your team’s tasks.
- Enable or disable boards in Tasks – Authorized users can now enable and disable task boards to help teams focus on what projects and tasks are most important and hide what is not a priority.
Performance Management:
- Add a matrix manager for Goals – Superusers can authorize matrix managers to respond to goal approval requests from individual users. Both line and matrix managers will be alerted to approve their direct report’s goals.
- Audit trail for Goals – You can see the check-in history for goals using the goal “audit trail”. This feature keeps a complete record of who completed each goal check-in, and the recorded value, status, and comment.
- Notifications for incorrect weightages are now available in the Goals feature – Profit.co will notify users if the cumulative weight of your goals is not equal to 1. This ensures users are properly assigning weightage to accurately track goal progress.
- Using the review scheduler, HR administrators can set an end date for each part of a performance review, as well as reopen reviews that have not been completed before the designated deadline.
- Superusers can customize email notifications for goals in their settings module by enabling email triggers when users complete certain actions using the goals feature.
- Add columns in the Goals menu – any custom fields added by a super user in the goal master layout can be viewed as a column on the goals board view.

- Add multiple users – You can now add multiple user connections while integrating your Tableau account with your Profit.co account. With this option, the added connections can be selected by users to establish the Tableau integration, and create and assign OKRs to the other users.
- Access public and private visibility – You can now access and manage the visibility of Tableau using the public view and access list. These options restrict users from accessing Tableau connections while creating key results using the Tableau integration.
OKRs for Google BigQuery
- BigQuery – You can now integrate BigQuery with Profit.co and modernize your smart analytics warehouse by creating key results and perform check-ins instantly.
