Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
OKRs:
- Custom Field Information: Download the custom field information of the check-in review while downloading the OKR progress Presentation.
- Move Key result/Sub-Key Result: You can move the key result and subkey result within the same Objective.
- OKR List Page: On the OKR List Page, we’ve added a filter that enables users to view either OKRs or only KRs.
Performance Management:
- Calibration Rating: You can now check the calibration rating on the Review Summary Information tab.
- Matrix Manager Assessment: Matrix Managers can now evaluate the performance of the employees through Performance Reviews.
General:
- Edit the Initiative: An initiative’s assigned owner now has the ability to edit that initiative even if he/she was assigned ownership and did not create the initiative.
- Themes and sub-themes: SuperUsers can edit and delete the themes and sub-themes from the RoadMap.
- Bottom-Up Aligned Key Result: On rolled-up key results, the parent OKR name will be shown on the list page.
- Labeling Departments: Users can differentiate between the main department and the sub department in the OKRs overview page, using the label option.
UI Enhancement:
- Company Dashboard: Export the reports from the Company Dashboard in various formats.
- Team Progress Dashboard: Additional criteria filters to export the team reports.Team Progress Dashboard: Additional criteria filters to export the team reports.
- Goal Approval Page: Option to view the linked Key results inside the approval page.
- Workspaces: View the private and public workspaces in the Workspaces page.
- Task Status Description: View the status description from the task pages.
- After providing a rating on Self Assessments and Manager Assessments the comments box will open and be labeled in red as a mandatory field.
