Task Management:

  • Task ID Visibility: Users can enable or disable the Task ID, depending on their specific needs and preferences.

Performance Management:

  • Tags for Goals: Users can categorize their goals with tags, enabling them to filter and organize them effectively.
  • Rewards for Goals: Profit.co enables users to award points based on their goal progress.

Recognition:

  • New Gift Card: Users can generate personalized gift cards according to their preferences.

UI Enhancement:

  • Individual level OKRs: Previously, when users set an OKR visibility to “My team,” they could not assign it to their team despite being granted visibility access.
    Now, if a user at an individual level creates an OKR with “My team” visibility, a notification appears stating, “This OKR visibility is limited; based on visibility settings, assignees can be added accordingly.”
  • Secondary Reviewer Visibility: Users can now configure the visibility for secondary reviewers’ assessment in performance reviews.
  • Inactive Users: Users can now view the data for inactive users in the Employee 360o dashboard for the 9 Box matrix.
  • Recognition in reviews: During performance reviews, users can access the recognition tab to view their accumulated points.
  • Copy Clipboard: Now Profit.co provides an option to copy the task to the clipboard while hovering over the task.
