Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:
Home:
- Team Hierarchy – Users can now see the entire hierarchy of teams and sub-teams in an organization and can also filter the OKRs by status and by periods.
OKRs:
- OKR Weight Log – You can now track any changes made to objective weights on each OKR level by clicking on the “View Log” in the OKR weight window.
- Key Result Progress Percentage – The check-in history now lists the key result’s actual and planned progress percentage.
- Decimal Scale for KPI – You can specify how many decimal places you would like to track on numeric-based KPIs for more precise measurements.
- Default Key Result Progress – This option helps you to assign a key result as a key result itself or a subkey result instead of switching back and forth to settings to change the default options.
- Complete a future check-in for a Key Result – Users can now complete check-in for a check-in date one week in advance.
- Add or Remove Authorized Users – Now, an authorized user under a department can add and remove other authorized users on their OKR level.
- Reset & Continue option for Sub Key Results – During the reset/reflect process, you now have the option to reset & continue your sub key results.
Performance Management:
- Performance Trend Report – The HR, HR Business Partner, Manager, and the Matrix Manager can now track the employee’s quarterly performance and the overall reviews they have received using the Performance Trend Report found under Performance → Reports.
- Performance Ranking – HR Admin can now view the rank of individuals based on their Individual Performance Score in the summary section of their Performance Reviews.
Task Management:
- Sort Unread Comments & Attachments – Users can now sort their tasks based on unread comments and attachments. This option has been added to the available task filters.
UI enhancement in the existing features:

- Count of Subtasks – The total count of subtasks will now be visible under the parent task.
- Count of Key Results – For task-based KRs, you can now see the total number of associated tasks on the icon next to the key result.
- Logos for Teams and Sub-Teams – Superusers can now upload and select different icons for teams and sub-teams.
