Home:

  • Home Page: The refreshed Homepage now offers a single view for all your KRs, Goals, Tasks, and Today’s meetings, and you can engage with your colleagues by sharing your thoughts and rewarding points.

OKRs:

  • Dashboard Views: All Dashboard features are now consolidated onto a single central page for easy access. You can instantly access everything you need through intuitive icons on the ‘All Department OKRs’ page.
  • Company Dashboard: The company dashboard has been relocated to the Cockpit.
  • “Assigned to Me” is renamed as “My OKRs”: The “Assigned to Me” name has been renamed to “My OKRs”, allowing users to define weights for their Objectives directly on the My OKRs page.

  • Two-way sync in Google Calendar: Profit.co now provides a two-way sync in Google Calendar. When a user schedules a meeting within Profit.co, it will seamlessly sync with the Google Calendar. Likewise, if a user sets up a meeting using Google Calendar, it will automatically get reflected in the Profit.co account.
  • Introducing the “Announcements” feed: Profit.co provides users with the option to create new Announcements on the home feed, facilitating easy communication of important updates and information.

UI Enhancement:

  • Objective Creation page and Key Result Creation page: Profit.co provides improvements to make the objective and key result creation process more efficient
  • Period Filter: The Period filter has been relocated.
  • OKR Program Status: The OKR Program Status has been relocated to the Cockpit.
  • KPI Summary: The Blower Chart, previously located in the Cockpit, has been renamed as KPI Summary and relocated to a separate tab.
  • Modify Plan: The Modify plan view has been refreshed.
  • Check-in history (UI Improvements): When a parent Key Result has 3 sub-key results, the system will display a note in the history indicating “The Key Result has 3 contributing Key Results” and it will also show the sub-key results that have not been checked in yet.
  • Check-in Date Improvements: The check-in date view has been updated to a dropdown, showing past check-in dates.
  • Option to copy Task ID with Name: Profit.co offers a convenient option to copy the Task ID with the Task Name.
