Power Productivity with New Features in Profit.co:

Performance Management:

• Check-ins for OKRs: During performance reviews, check-ins for OKRs can be performed by individuals and managers (when individuals haven’t submitted the assessment).
• Reorder Review Components: Users can now rearrange the review components in the Review Layout section.
• Export History: The review information and download status are displayed in the Export History window (Only data for more than 300 users is displayed.)

User Management:

• Active user’s Login History: Active user’s Login History: The Super Users and the users who have add-on roles to the OKR Program Status can view the menu “Active Users Login history” which provides the information of the last LOGIN DATE & TIME.

UI Enhancement:

• Reflect/Reset indication: Indication on the Reflect/Reset tab when the OKR is reset already.
• Milestone Sequence: The UI has been enhanced in the Milestone Sequence selection page.
• Assigned to Me: Now it directly lands in “Show KRs” on the “Assigned to Me” page.
• Selective OKRs in the Meetings: Users can now pull out selected OKRs to present in the meeting.
• Initiate Review Panel: The Initiate Review window has been revamped to improve usability.
• Add Categories in the Goals Library: Users can now include additional categories in their Goals Library by clicking on the Add Category button.
• Activity Framework: Users can now view the activity log of employees during performance reviews.
• Strategy Reports: Users can now access strategy reports from the Home menu.

Integrations:

• Profit.co <> Chargebee KPI Integration: Chargebee is a recurring billing and subscription management tool that helps subscription businesses streamline their Revenue Operations (RevOps). You can integrate ChargeBee KPI in Profit.co key result and automate the progress of reports generated based on transactions, subscriptions, and invoices.
• Profit.co <> Ticket Tailor KPI Integration: Ticket Tailor is an event ticketing platform designed to make it easy for businesses to sell tickets online for events of all types and sizes. You can integrate Ticket Tailor KPI in Profit.co key result and automate the progress of reports generated based on the tickets for an event.
• Profit.co <> Airtable Integration: Airtable is an easy-to-use online platform for creating and sharing relational databases. You can integrate Airtable using a query in Profit.co key result and automate the progress.
• Profit.co<>Workday Integration: Profit.co’s integration with Workday allows you to sync the users from Workday and create them as users in Profit.co. It simplifies the synchronization process. You can Import First name, Last name, Email ID, Manager, Departments, and Job title, from the Workday account to Profit.co
